Well if you want to be really cruel -- and I probably shouldn't be sharing this publically because it really is genius -- you could buy a Hershey's milk chocolate bar and a Nestle's Crunch bar. Then, switch the wrappers so that they are mislabelled. Offer them to your friends, who won't be able to resist the delicious chocolate. Oh but the burn will last for hours when one of them thinks they are getting pure Hershey's milk chocolate and it is really just Nestle's Crunch. Hahahahahahahaha!!!!

Buy a dozen little travel alarm clocks. Make sure the alarm is really loud and annoying. Set the alarms so one goes off every half an hour or so, starting just after your friend usually goes to sleep. Go over to your friend's place and hide them around the bedroom. Good times. A good, easy one is to fill up a kiddie pool in their bedroom. Easy to get in, fill up (if having access to a hose is easy), then it's a pain in the ass for them to get it out. Can also fill it with stuff that turns nasty when wet, making it even more difficult to dispose of.
