Thx a lot for the chart. It looks excellent.

But what do these abbreviations means:

R/F (orange fields)
LA(turqouse)
L2-3(blue)

haha someone beat me while posting!
R/F - either raise or fold
LA - limp along
L2-3 - limp along with 2-3 limpers

R/F = R or F depending on table conditions, image, reads, etc.
LA = limp always
L2-3 = limp only if 2-3 other limpers.

FWIW, this chart is very aggressive, and a 6 max newbie should take a more conservative line. I mean, raising 22 from the CO? That's gonna be tough to play.

I think overall this chart is pretty tight. It would have your VPIP in between 21-22, right?

I doubt it. When I last played 6max regularly I was a 22/15 player, but there are a lot of hands on this chart that I wouldn't play.

I think this chart is too loose too. Raising two limpers with A2s? Opening in the cutoff with 22?

Yes this fits my experience when I was following this chart strictly. I think the thing to remember when you're following this chart is to look for isolation raises when weak players limp, to stral more when the blinds are tight, etc. Because it's a very solid fundamental chart, it's very easy to slip into the habit of playing entirely by the chart and not looking for profitable opportunities to play a little more aggressively.
