I'm not crazy about a push pre. If I was BB or something and had to play the hand OOP then I wouldn't mind shoving pre as much. I think a raise to 350 is fine since we have position.

nope shoving pre is fine...rerai pre to 380 and getting in on most flops is fine too.

Like the 1st response said, the read is everything. If his PFR is below 7%, I look at a fold, 9%-11% a call, above that insta-shove.
Assuming I called, I'll shove my op preflop, cause if I put him at raising less than 7%, I've already folded. The bet size seems a bit much considering the worst he has to protect against is an oe draw, so feels like at best AT. Having said all that reading your follow up post, I go with shoving on the flop. What happenend? |
