A read on the player would be handy. It's a really weird bet size. If he's any good he probably wouldn't be playing a random ten like that preflop, and I can't honestly see why he'd play overcards like that either postflop, as he's pricing himself in to call a shove and a bet of about 150 would achieve the same. If he's a donk I jam flop very quickly, which with that bet size I'd guess he is.

I ask about reads mainly because the last time I was in a similar situation I forgot about them, and bet-called shove into AA

He was a LAG player re-raising many pots when feeling weakness

I would call here.
If he's LAG you are ahead of his range here and there is already money in the pot.
He could very well have AT or A9 or AK - AJ and really wanting you to fold.
Also he could have any pair lower than queens, because he would likely not overbet the flop.
And of course because it's a $13 and he is LAG he could be doing this with just two highcards.
I put him on the range 55-QQ, AK-A7, KQ, QJ.
Can anybody else check if this range is accurate?

I like shoving the flop as well. The range is loose and the bet on the flop is really strange. He could be over-excited about a big pair, but then he probably would have done this preflop. He probably has some fishy ten or something like nines here (although an overpair is obviously possible.)

I'm shoving it in here on the flop, can't fold an overpair here to a laggy player whose bet size looks pretty weak/vulnerable hand to me. I wouldn't be surprised to see like AT or 77 here.

Also if he is laggy and opening a lot of pots I am re-raising preflop too.

Sorry I meant I push (can't edit anymore).

Without the read that he was regularly overbetting the pot I would get it in here.

you really need to shove here, the 6 mans at every level play pretty laggy and at the 13s theyre just bad lags. QQ+ is in his range but really not that likely considering the gross overbet, id be happy about shoving.

also, hes rarely folding now and youre usually ahead...great spot for hero.

looks like a standard bad lag overplaying his AT A9 88 type hand. i would get it in pretty happily.
