Re: KJ against a pf raiser
Flop is a must raise. Don't call PF is you don't raise this flop.

Re: KJ against a pf raiser
I think it is only appropriate to build a pot when we have a big pot hand. Regardless of pot size in this case, our unsuited KJ needs to just bet and raise the pot in order to win it as soon as they'll let us.
I know you already addressed it Snitch, but I just wanted to make that general statement. |

I think it is only appropriate to build a pot when we have a big pot hand [/ QUOTE ] whats a big pot hand? surely there are times when you would want to build a pot, even with KJo. im drawing my theory from the ed miller A4o hand which is something like, you are in the BB with A4o, 2 limpers, sb completes, you check. flop (4sb) is dry with an ace, sb leads and you just call to "build the pot" that you will often win. infact, calling is enough to "protect" your hand, because there is no draw that your oppenets can have that is profitable to call for one or two bets so you encourage callers. ...although i have been wrong before. |

Re: KJ against a pf raiser
grunch
if he seemed tight i definitely would not have called the raise with KJo as the probability of domination is too high but seeing as you did this is exactly the kind of flop you want to hit or why else would you call? definitely reraising and hope villain has QQ AQ JJ etc |
