Default 100nl set on 4flush board

hes 50/14/1.5 i just assumed by his squeze he might have some kind of hi pp and would continue to fire, which i would raise, even though he is generally passive postflop. on river i had to turn it into a bluff, even though his WtSD is high from my experience this types of situations are scary to fishy players. I also want to know thoughs on the preflop, if it was like btn limps i would raise but we had a shortstack posting oop then if the fishy player called often shortstacks just shove so i opted to call e call a raise and play just for set value multiway.
