I don't know. I was never one of those people until junior year of college my housemates caught me peeing against the side of my bedroom wall. I had no memory of it and didnt believe them til they showed me a picture of it.

I think people only do it when they are really blacked out drunk.

Yea, I pissed on my ex's roommates printer one time and had absolutely no recollection of it as I was very very drunk. Printer worked fine, so roommate never found out.
