Default This is a fold, right?

This is a reversed hand. I was actually villain in this hand, and hero is someone at my table who looks like a thinking player/2+2er or at least he has half a brain judging from his stats only.

Hero and villain have no history. Villain (me) has been pretty active, but you can see that from his stats. If you happen to know something about me from my posts or something, don't consider this, only the info I put in OP here.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $17.40
BB: $61.40
Hero (UTG): $49.75 ----- <font color="blue">19/15/3.5 over 103 </font>
CO: $63.35
BTN: $50.50 ----- <font color="blue">31/17.2/2 over 103</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, CO folds, BTN calls $1.75, SB folds, BB calls $1.25

Flop: ($5.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $5.40</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $14.00</font>

Should Hero simply fold here?

What range do you give villain?
