Because it's not that big of a deal? I mean cmon, who actually believes Howard Stern anyway...I doubt they feel like their credibility is too threatened. Besides, bad press is better than no press, and if people are talking/obsessing about the show, that means they're watching it, which is more $$$ for fox.
