I'd be more likely to make that call on the flop rather than on the turn, for hte same $5, because of hte increased frequency that you'll have the stack size increase when you're on the flop with the draw.

However, I don't know exactly what the break-even point (in terms of future action with different stack sizes) is or anything like that.

I think you need to consider the presence of other good large stacks at the table. You might not want to have that stack against them, and you might not want to bloat the fish's stack if the other big stacks have position on that guy.

Finally, there are some fish that tighten up as soon as they get a big stack or realize that you're going to be calling them more.
