Default 30r FT hand against Bond

I dont have much history with bond but he knows who i am etc. I tanked preflop, can i 3 bet call or 3 bet fold? Both options sucked and i know Bond is fairly aggressive so i flatted in SB. Thoughts on flop/preflop etc. Whats the best line, Can i call flop? fold? I kinda don't like my shove but my time bank was going down... and i panicked and shoved..

That's a huge bet considering your absolutely [censored] if you are called. I'd just 3bet/fold preflop or c/c flop, shove sux.

I like fold or 3betting preflop mostly because of my cash game days... AJ is a trouble hand to play OOP and here you find a perfect example of that.

3bet and call shove bonds in a happy 4bet mood and rightfully so .

but in a vacuum I just fold PF here yes its weak but it's the less of 3 evils.

???????????????

Say it ain't so. If you're folding AJ pf here, you are letting bond destroy you.

that's fine I'll destroy the rest of the table.

I really hate 40bbs OOP vs an opp I know can and will 4bet light maybe not vs me personally but as OP I def think folding is the least -ev play.

also this is a lot like the 3bet hand with AQ but A, our hand is 1 notch weaker and B we are OOP.

The thing is, if you cannot 3-bet/call here, considering how wide bond's range is, 3-bet/folding is instantly profitable, so folding preflop should be out of the question.

Also, a hand like AJ is relatively easy to play OOP, easier than 77 or like T8s when 40 bbs deep.
