im raising because its an aggressive move on a dry board. It allows me to win a big pot without a showdown, which helps for image. It wins QQ's money in the best way, it protects vs three outs, and if he has AK he's done with the hand anyway, it isn't like we're going to get an all in bluff out of him on the turn.

I agree, CRAI is a good line against QQ. BUT if we dont think he will call its horrible.

Ever post a hand and then feel really stupid about it later?

Yes, my play in hand#1 was atrocious.

I get all in with both of these hands. QQ in the 2nd one would probably be ok to fold but not KK. On the first hand I like your check as long as you are planning to check raise him/call all in.

I hate hand 1. I C/R A/I on the flop.

Hand 2 looks ok I guess.

I'll actually take that as you meant it, and that is I've got a very bad opinion on this..I agree I probably do..How do you play it?

How is my play off? Remember, I would've raised to 28-30 at the least, and prob more, but I was trying to tell a line where you could lose the least vs AA while still knowing it was AA.

How would you play it differently? I'm really not sure if I would've thought it out here but if you wanna know..When 9 tabling, I would've repopped using pot button(3x raise, so 36) and folded if he re-raised(because of his low raising standards). The flop I would've re-eval. Occasionally though, I would've flat-called pre and see about the flop as well, but maybe 7-10% of the time would be calling there pre instead of rasiing. I think that the raise pre is giving us info and the player should play very straightforward and basically give away his hand by his next action..

In each case it looks like you are playing KK for set value?

In other words why are you calling the preflop reraises if you are going to give up on low flops?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, why?
