Default turn 3b flush on paired board vs tag

villian is 19/15/3 over about 100 hands... don't have any real reads seems just typical solid tag...

i called pf cuz of stacks and position, and since a utg raise from tag is usually stronger than late raise i have bigger chance of getting paid...

i don't raise flop cuz i don't want a big pair /q to 3bet me... anyone play that flop different?

hows the turn action?... AQ has to be a significant part of his range.. .though there aren't many combi. out there sine 2 out... KQs def is in his range, prob even QJs... doesn't seem like a solid tag is gonna 3bai on this board this deep w just a naked AA or KK, but i could wrong... theres always the chance of 99, 55... i assume Q9 or Q5 not in the range...

actually now that i stove vs half of AA KK, QQ, KQs QJs 55 99 AQ i'm ahead... how does my range look?

Well your range might be okay, but you hafto consider his calling range (or is that what you did)? As played, you gotta fold to his 3bet I mean you really beat nothing besides another flush which is rare.

Also, maybe I'm being results oriented but I like a call on the turn. If he's as solid as you say he won't pay off a raise with anything but a boat or another flush (maybe a Q, lets say 50/50 for Q).

Im not sure why you guys are so happy to fold here. Part of being a tag means being aggressive, and that means pushing with a hand that might not be the best. Just because someone is a tag doesn't make them a nit who is incapable of semibluffing/pushing without the nuts. AQ/KQ/connector spades are a very big part of his range, and there is a good amount of money in the pot. I think it is a very close decision and definitely not an easy fold. I might call this.

the range i used is the range i think he could be 3bai on that turn w.

i may agree w the call on the turn bc of your reasons... guess i could be WAWB kinda thing here...

is it pipe dreams for me to think that someone could 3bai w a naked queen?

there it is w JTspades added in... i ddin't even consider that b4...

Well I don't see him ever pushing with AA or KK, and probably not a Q. If you had a K high flush things might be different since AsA and AsQ is in his range

don't think you see the overpairs often in this spot (maybe KsKx).
