Bomberman 93'-Only VC game I have dled so far but definitely worth it. I have always loved the old school multiplayer of bomberman. This version coming with 5 player support (you can use GC and wii controllers) makes it a no-brainer for 6$.

Yea my friend dl'ed this. It was when the system had been out for a couple of weeks - we were playing all night and were tired, but said we'd try Bomberman for a few minutes. Three hours later...

Super Monkey Ball:Banana Blitz was a disappointment for me. I was a huge fan of the original, and had very high expectations.

First off, there are 50 minigames, but most of them don't work very well, and some are just completely broken. Even with 50 minigames, they left out billiards, and they replace monkey fight with monkey boxing, which isn't as good as Wii Boxing. Although to the developer's credit, the FPS game (Monkey Wars) works better than Red Steel.

Secondly, the single player mode wasn't that great. The jumping adds some gameplay options, but I think it ruins the simplicity that made the original so great.

Zelda is not only a great game, but a decent bargain. It took me 53 hours to beat the thing and I only completed some of the side quests.

---
Madden 07 was the most fun I've had playing a football game since Tecmo Bowl.

---
Elebits didn't do much for me. It is definitely the kind of game you'll either love or hate. Reminded me too much of searching for my car keys.

METAL SLUG: An excellent game if you loved the old school arcade versions. 2-d Sidescroller that is alot of fun. It comes with 6-7 versions of the game i believe which is pretty awesome and there are like 7 different configurations you can use the wiimote in.

The game is also pretty challenging if you try to beat it without dying since its pretty much impossible (most people use like 18-25 continues). I myself can only beat the first level w/o dying and them all hell breaks loose.

Gunstar Heroes - An excellent 2D shooter in the mold of Contra. Its a short game but the co-op is excellent. The bosses are extremely well designed and there are plenty of them. My friend and I beat it in one night on normal difficulty but it was a blast. We also tried out the hard mode and theres plenty of challenge there.

Ahhhh.... Gunstar Heroes rocks! So much fun, didn't remember it being this good.

More VC downloads

Gunstar Heroes-Classic 2-d shooter. If you ever enjoyed any sidescroller shooter then gunstar heroes is a must download. Short game, but lots of fun. Also it is very replayable with different weapon layouts and difficulty settings. Also coop with a friend is a lot of fun

Dungeon Explorer-I had heard it was a decent gauntlet clone that let you play with up to 5 people. But honestly you are much better off waiting for gauntlet.

More VC Reviews

Super Castlevania IV-A great adventure that is still worth playing today. If you have no other means of playing this game other than the wii, and have never played it before, it is probably a good download. A few caveats though. Don't expect a game like Symphony of the Night. This is a old school action game where there is a series of stages and no overlapping castle. Also, this game can get frustrating at times. While there a health bar, falling in a pit=insta-death. If you don't like starting levels over again don't bother.

R-Type 3: Classic old school shooter with great graphics, and gameplay. One problem, while Castlevania is slightly frustrating, R-Type is mindnumbingly frustrating. One hit, and you restart the level. Unlike Gunstar Heroes, there is no difficulty setting, or health bar. Just one extremely hard default setting. If you consider yourself hardcore, by all means go for it.
