Question about Duke Rape

If you were on the Duke Lacrosse team and at that party. You see say three or four of your teammates drag the dancer into a bathroom against her will and then either see or hear them raping/[censored] her. Maybe you even talk to the guys afterwards and hear them brag about hitting it etc ,or see the condition she is in as she leaves.

Would you in the week that follows....keep your mouth shut like all your other Duke teammates? Or would you go to the cops/DA and tell them what you saw?

yeah, i wouldnt say [censored] in court, cause i hate snitches, but i wouldnt have to say [censored] because i would have gone in there and and wrecked shop on those cock suckers.

Some guys rape a girl. You know about this. In court, you deny it (or don't say [censored]), because you hate snitches? This makes so no sense to me.

At Annapolis and at West Point, if I recall correctly, students may be expelled not only for cheating but for not reporting on other students who do.

I dunno I put rape up there with the most heinous and vile crimes that can be commited. I don't care how good of friends these guys were or anything. I'm not gonna "narc" on them as much as I'm gonna make sure justice is served, and hopefully these rat bastards get whats coming to them. Many ass rapings in prison seems pretty valid.
