200nl, 250BBs deep, river NF on paired board
My turn bet should have been bigger, wasn't paying enough attention. River comments? Villain is 35/8 over a small sample size.

I probly would have flat called the river. Playing that deep you have to be prepared for a shove. As played fold, although I really really want to look this up.

grunch
I don't like the raise/fold on river. If we are raising we should be prepared to call a smaller 3bet and probably fold to a shove, as played I would just call. I could easily be wrong though. |

looks fine to me other than the turn bet
there's def. value in the raise but he's not 3-betting a T hi flush or dry queen here IMO |

Re: 200nl, 250BBs deep, river NF on paired board
Seems to me that he's showing up with kings full a lot of the time here, aces doesn't really play like this, especially since you have the ace of spades, and he might even have quad queens.
He's playing this like such a sucker that it's not even funny. 8 dollars on the flop, min raise on the turn, etc? screams a big hand to me. Because he's playing it like this I definitely just call the river. |

A min 3-bet raise is simply AA, KK, QQ most of the time. Just call the river. Nothing that you beat on the river calls you if you raise.

Yeah, the hand may have played out differently if you bet the turn, but either way, it looks like your beat here. Here , he's shown sig. strength each round, you put in a gig raise for value on the river, and he still pops you. Fold.
