Default 12/45 : AQs in BB with button pf raise, bsb

I had won the previous hand (nearly doubled up) against villain by slowplaying trips on flop and fullhouse on turn. I view him as somewhat loose-aggressive.

Is the push too strong or is it better to just let the cards do the talking then playing them oop?
