bottom 2 in limped pot
Villain was 24/12/1.4 over 50 hands so not great sample size.
My table image was pretty poor as he had c/r a few of my cbets and shown air a few times and that got a few others at the table doing it too! I had obv started to tighten up but table was still well aware that I might have been getting frustrated (I wasnt, yet anyway!) So anyway, is 3betting the flop a good idea? Then its shove/fold time? Re: bottom 2 in limped pot
What do you think his open limp preflop suggest he holds? I'm thinking he holds either a set or an overpair. Could he open limp TT+? Doesn't seem likely and nothing else makes much sense. I fold.

Re: bottom 2 in limped pot
Let's assume that the bottom of his range is A9s.
Holdem Hi: 990 enumerated boards containing 9s 4c 5h cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV 5d 4d 687 69.39 303 30.61 0 0.00 0.694 Ac 9c 303 30.61 687 69.39 0 0.00 0.306 You're getting about the right odds to call against A9, but you're not that far ahead. If we are assuming that this is the bottom range that he'll make this bet with, then you are probably a little farther behind. In that case, this is starting to look like a fold. |
