General Bridge Discussion Thread
If you are new to the game and want to learn I highly recommend dling both of the programs found here
http://web3.acbl.org/internet/websit...nload?openform Working your way through these probably makes you better than the average Pogger. For more complex conventions see here http://www.acbl.org/play/commonlyUsedconventions.html majority of those are far beyond what it needed for friendly play. The ones that I use are all in the learning to play bridge software anyway. http://online.bridgebase.com/intro/i...de_for_bbo.php That is mostly for online. But the Bridge Master 2000 in the other bridge activities is good for learning more complex declarer play. |

Re: General Bridge Discussion Thread
Oh I agree. I've made worse plays like FPSing out of a Grand Slam. I was just using that as an example that we have no clue what we are doing

Re: General Bridge Discussion Thread
Here's a decent program for practising:
http://www.winsite.com/bin/Info?4500000036163 It lets you pick the conventions you want to play. The AI isn't great but it's good enough if you're just starting. |
