Whats a good way to cook meat that won't be that fattening to eat?
So how should i cook this steak? |

If your goal is weight loss, as it seems to be, trim off the filet of tenderloin (the small part), remove any fat/connective tissue, grill and enjoy. Eat as little as you can stand, because beef is high in calories.
Next time, try some chicken or fish. |

Man that porterhouse looks appetizing. Heat up a gas grill till it gets real hot and I mean scorching. Put that steak on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rotate it 45-90°. Let it cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Now flip it. Let it cook on that side for 2 minutes. Remember when you flip or rotate go to a fresh part of the grill. Plate it with bottom side up. Tent it for four minutes. You’ll have yourself a nice rare/medium rare steak. Devour that thing.
Now clearly you realize that’s not low cal but if you area a big guy and say just finished lifting weights. Your muscle could use the protein although a steak that size not sure if your body needs that much protein in one sitting. |
