If your goal is weight loss, as it seems to be, trim off the filet of tenderloin (the small part), remove any fat/connective tissue, grill and enjoy. Eat as little as you can stand, because beef is high in calories.

Next time, try some chicken or fish.

So is that steak made out of tuna or apple?

Man that porterhouse looks appetizing. Heat up a gas grill till it gets real hot and I mean scorching. Put that steak on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rotate it 45-90°. Let it cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Now flip it. Let it cook on that side for 2 minutes. Remember when you flip or rotate go to a fresh part of the grill. Plate it with bottom side up. Tent it for four minutes. You’ll have yourself a nice rare/medium rare steak. Devour that thing.

Now clearly you realize that’s not low cal but if you area a big guy and say just finished lifting weights. Your muscle could use the protein although a steak that size not sure if your body needs that much protein in one sitting.
