Why? I think calling the min raise is a much safer line here, for stacks are too awkward for a 3 bet on this flop. We are out of position, have little fold equity (we think), and have an extremely vulnerable hand.
I vote to flat calling the min raise, and reevaluating on the turn. If an 8 hits, we can confidently check fold. If a 6, 10, or heart hit, we can slow down. Mostly importantly, we WILL NOT be committed to this pot in any way.
