There is no such thing as a TAG who limps UTG. tag!=open limping. I assume the big gap between VPIP and PFR is from overlimping? Do not overlimp. If you want to play the hand in position, raise the limper. If your VPIP is 35, your PFR has to be at least 30, and it gets so high because you raise limpers in position with almost anything.

Post flop, you cbet, and if they call, you're almost always done with the hand if you haven't improved. In order to do this, you have to raise PF and not just overlimp. If they are never folding to your cbet, then tighten up.
