Hellew. Dealers that are not impartial all the time, regardless of the tipping status of a player, should be kicked in the nuts, square. Dealers who pull this kind of crap are the ones that give good dealers a bad name.

Unfortunately, the poker boom has brought in lots of people that don't give a damn about poker, but want to jump on the bandwagon. This really hurts the few dealers (like me) who actually care about poker and have been around since long before the boom.

These days I generously tip dealers who obviously care and are always trying to improve, learn etc. Even a new dealer who's not very good, but is obviously trying to learn and improve, I'll be generous. The ones that are just lumps of flesh sitting around waiting to be toked I tip accordingly.
