Default Maximizing value on the turn and river (0.5/1)

I've been trying to actually use good BR management since busting my account a month or two ago, so I've been playing a little smaller lately. Anyway, what's your turn and river plan here? Villain is a 50/8/1.1.

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($98.50)
SB ($249.55)
Hero ($148.15)
UTG ($239.10)
MP ($57.75)
CO ($139.70)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $1, Button calls $1, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($4) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $3.8</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $15.2</font>, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls $11.40.

Turn: ($34.40) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks...
