Hand 1 is fine. If she had ducks, so be it -- be glad she wasn't full-stacked. Her range is wider than middle and bottom set, even on that dry a flop.

Hand 2: you 3-bet PF and then CHECK a flop of all undercards??? WTF kind of flop WOULD you bet there? Are you trying to give AK/AQ a free card? Bet-call that baby all day.

Seriously, please explain your reasoning for checking the flop in hand 2. Hands like this might explain why you supposedly "run bad".

Edit: I hypothesize that BB shoved the flop because you showed weakness by checking, and he might also believe Greenway's FOS, imo. If you lead flop, he has to think about folding 88 or maybe even JJ if he's a weak-tight nit.
