Hands like these really get me. I want to learn how to be better playing hands like these:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed)
Hand History Converter Tool from
FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)
Button ($46.75) (23/17 - 34 hands)
SB ($14.05)
BB ($23.35) (25/21 - 25 hands)
Hero ($24.90)
MP ($38.90)
CO ($36.15)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">
2 folds</font>, Button calls $1, <font color="#666666">
1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $3.75</font>, Hero calls $2.75, Button calls $2.75.
<font color="blue"> Hmm... re-raising out of BB means you're on AA-QQ, AKs.
As for the button calling my pre-flop raise, then a re-raise, you've got to be on some sort of drawing hand or semi-weak pocket pair: AQs, KQs-JTs, TT, 99 (what do you put this guy's range on?)
</font>
Flop: ($11.35) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $8.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $21.15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $43</font>, BB calls $11.35 (All-In).
Is this an easy laydown? I think I was just blinded by 'omg, I just hit a set' mentality.
