Walking the bases loaded sucks since a walk loses the game.
Playing infield in the force doesn't help that much. P(walk) or P(bad pitching when afraid of walk) > P(needing the force out)
Tagging up is close and depends on hitters behind them.
Also since Jamey Carrol sucks he will hit a lot of weak balls. Which give them a play at the plate.
