I agree about leading - at this stage of the game, there's no call for a c/r all-in "f***-off" line, and a normal c/r doesn't get a fold often enough given that there aren't many turn cards you like.

As played, I think you have to fold. The conversation has gone something like:

"I haven't got anything";
"I like this flop";
"Aha! I do actually have something pretty good - so how much do you like this flop?";
"I love it, and want you to commit some more of your chips so I can win them".

You can't push low TP + gutshot here, and you can't call for the reasons I've mentioned. So you have to fold.
