The AA hand well played. You'll get 3 streets of value vs Qx often so I don't like checking the turn for pot control. I'll bet smallish on the river if called. The fold when he raises is easy. Not only will bet/folding turn and river win you more when ahead, but it also allow you to get away on the turn if he raises while check/calling will put you in a tough spot on the river.

Edit: Given those other hands checking turn is ok to induce, he seems spazzy. Don't fold anywhere if you take this line. Still prefer betting turn.
