Default interesting puzzle...

Imagine the following scenario in a full ring game where everyone involved has full 100BB stacks:

You are in middle position with a low pocket pair, say 55. Someone Minraises in front of you, you call, and someone behind you Minraises again. The original early position minraiser Minraises yet again, and the action is on you. You have correct implied odds to call again, so you do. Unfortunately the late position minraiser Minraises yet again, and the early position Minraiser repeats the action. You have correct implied odds to call yet again.

BUT, if you keep calling two minraises at some point you and the two other players will be All In preflop. You cannot expect to have the 34% requisite equity going All In preflop against 2 other players to make this +EV, as at least one of the Villains probably has a higher Pocket Pair, yet at no point in the hand do you not have correct implied odds- in fact, at a certain point you'll also have correct pot odds as well.

How can you play this hand so that you do not fold while getting good odds but not going All In preflop taking the worst of it?
