Check calling the flop has got us lost. Is everyone drawing? Are we outkicked? So I think a flop CR was probably your best option here. I don't like playing TPNK...

It does count for something, but not much. If villian will not pay off when the flush hits then you are calling 19 to win 40 on a 3...

I think your implied odds are very low in this hand. Without any other reads I think villian's big bets are giving away that he knows you are on a draw (specifically the flush draw)....
