snapcall. only one hand that beats you. i think he made a weird straight on turn and wanted to check raise, like fishes always do. by the river he wants to get back the value he missed on turn....

Re: NL100: Set of A\'s, Did I play bad?
the only hand that beats u on turn is a 4 and by flat calling u put villain on a 4 only. so u want to get your money in on the turn cause there are so many worse hands and u dont want to see one...

Re: AJ tpgk minraised on flop, call river?
you have to call the river when u show weakness on the turn.
most of the time villain will show u aces up and a few times a busted draw.
Villain check raised oop i dunno if he does it to get a free...

Re: NL50 - 200bb, weirdly played TP2K
what's the use of a check raise on the turn?? only better hands will call u and u get to fold a bluff. no draws on the board except 45 and against that u are already drawing dead.
i would just wait...

Re: 50nl - AA faces river donk
fold. hero showed strength over 2 streets, why should villain try to bluff him here? maybe he had a club draw with a six in it or he hit two pair. so many hands that beat u.

Re: AA fold to a raise on flop?

I'm not folding this. Board is too drawy. So I'd lean towards a shove. You still have a redraw.
Another possibility is too call and revaluate turn.
I like to hear what the others...

Re: AA fold to a raise on flop?
a 4 bet would commit anyways, so yeah push or fold. his raising range is huge in this spot. he could have any pair higher than the 7 (88-jj i think qq+ would have 3 bet preflop), a naked 5 or combo...

Re: Tough TT hand OOP
why should vilain raise a set on the flop? I mean in Hu pots with a 2 suited board it's often a nice play to just call with his set cause it's not that likely that the preflop agressor hold 2 cards...

Re: NL10 set of 3\'s on straight draw board
i dont think a contibet is good, cause at those limits ppl even call with a gutshot+mid pair type of hand.
i would play it the same and pay off the floped straight (against which i have still outs)...
