Re: 6.50 KK early...can I fold???please???
Try not to see demons and monsters in every big raise. AA,KK,AK are all in his range but so is a load of other junk I expect. I really wouldnt be surprised to be shown JJ here. Get em in - ALWAYS....

Re: STT ROI and notes
[ QUOTE ]
see FAQ
but as far as sample size goes, its simple, as soon as you have enough games to gauge yout true ROI, the game will have changed enough that you still wont know.

Re: $16 Stars: 99 low blinds, flopped all unders
MP3 has played it as if he's hit a set on a straighty looking board. I'm guessing you have 6 outs at most so I wouldn't be calling the all-in.
As played flat call the flop bet and fold to the...

Re: 6.50 in L3: UTG with AJs
Early levels AJo is best played in CO and button I reckon, where you can get in and out for as few chips as possible.

Re: 6.50: Awkward AJ button spot
I like the shove here because you're probably well ahead and there's enough in the pot for this play to be worth it.
I'm not entirely with kleath about the invite to the blinds to resteal, I just...

Re: 2.25: Can I ever fold trips here?
Slowplaying this flop is totally unnecessary at this level.
Also you MUST raise the turn to overcharge drawing hands and get value when the donks make the mistake of calling here (which they will...

Re: $6.50 L1, OOP vs minbets
Whilst you've got position on the raiser, I'd probably fold this PF in the early stages. You'll get called down so often holding the nuts at 6.50 that fancy post-flop play is unnecessary. As played...

Re: $5.50, AK how did i play it?
Call PF not raise.
Flop just about OK (given the pot odds) but naked overcards often aren't good enough to justify the call here.
Great turn card- get em all in to overcharge the draws.

Re: 6.50 Counterfeited 2 pair on turn
[ QUOTE ]
that's about right. Common scenario that always comes up is level 2, 3 folds, I raise to 90, BB calls. Flop is whatever, I'll stick in 120 or 140 (Pot is 195). Of course like I said...

Re: PS $27 JJ vs. open raise
I like calling here. They're too good to throw away against a standard 3xBB raise - but at the same time vulnerable to overcards floping. See the flop as cheap as possible and go from there with the...

Re: playing AK early
As above Koean.
Think 5x is way strong this early. I tend to stick to 3x no matter what in the first 3 levels. In response to runhot's 13xBB thread Devin and Pudge have suggested 2.5x at level 3....

This is a REALLY common position, and one that I struggle with too. Taking into account Devin's suggestion above, i.e. raise slightly less, and that you are out of position with respect to the...

Re: 10+1:AK early
It feels like two made hands in the 7's to T's range. Although you've enough outs i'd probably not get involved in a three-way for half my stack at this stage.

Re: 5.50 FT | AK shove after RR
Proper pf raise of 180ish, fold to rr. Calling reraises with AK is dodge unless you have a good read. Too early for that kind of play too.

Re: 6.50 stars....ICM says push, would you?
Cougar, SNGWiz doesn't "develop" models of any kind because unlike progs such as PA-PRO it has no AI. What it does do is alter call/shove ranges for villains based on position and relative stack...

I agree with Blackize and Korean above. AQ can be a very tricky hand against multiple callers and broadway flops. I dont like TT for similar reasons. The willingness of low stakes villains to call to...
