I dont think the button can make a raise like that with just 2p considering the river action. He has to worry about u and MP2, top two is a flat call, a big raise like that is only getting called by...

What I find to make continuation bets most successful is your betting pattern. I am a very aggressive tightish (opportunistic really) player and will almost always cbet in position with 2 or less...
