Re: should i quit poker?

don't quit over 50k hands of varience, but also don't assume that just because you "don't tilt too much" or "i'm not open shoving k4o" or "not calling shoves with kk/qq on an a-high flop" your game...

Re: I know you need a document

I don't mean to hate man, I got a lot of respect for your game, but I think recognizing leaks, something that we all have, is vital to a winning attitude, rather than just blaming it on something...

Re: 200 NL-Flop OESD, shove?

that raise is pretty small, with the oesd and two overs, I think we might as well just call and reevaluate turn. I doubt we have a whole lot of fe.

Re: PokerStars: Table Selection

sort tables by % of players to flop. anything better than 40 is good enough for me.

Re: 200 NL Who likes this 3rd barrel?

The board and your image are as important as the villains range. His line represents some sort of made hand and he apparently isn't believing you hit anything on that low, drawy board. I'd shut...

Re: NL100 time to bluff?

I'd check the flop unless villain is a total pushover, no one ever believes you have anything here. I definitely bet the turn if checked to and i might make a pot sized raised if donked into tiny...

Re: Hand vs ASPoker8

I think we gotta raise that river for value, other than that looks fine. If he flips up AsXs or some boat, that sucks but I think were ahead here a huge amount of the time. I think his range can...

Re: NL100 JJ, Line ok?!

Depending on my table image, I might be tempted to bet super large on this river, possibly even an overbet... draws fold anyway and you can rep the busted draw and get a lot of value from a...

Re: arrrggh trips facing overbet shove on river

Bet the turn, as played on the turn raise not call, as played on the river fold. When in doubt or feel like you may be over thinking something, just remember: put the money in when you think you...

Re: Beat: taking stands with gut shots..

No theory in bbv, but if i check and he pushes I'm calling so might as well go ahead; giving him the opportunity to check begind with a lower pocket pair loses me value and I highly doubt he goes two...

Re: Becoming a big tipper when up or having good week etc

waiters make AWFUL hourly rates, sometime less than minimum wage... they totally rely on tips to pay the bills. 20% is default, 15% for bad service, %30-%50 when ballin.

Re: He had a SF draw AKA the best call you ever saw

It's called a "call bluff" silly. Opponents muck in fear at the confident snap call.
