How do you get a good financial backer? i was recently in tunica on my first circut event i played the WSOP 6 handed $1000 event and finished 10th... the next day played the WPT $1000 and finished...

i have to admit im a learning multi (live) player.. but w/him in pos, and he lead into the pot preflop... a check from him on the flop screams set to me.. and play as follows.. a2 w/3to1 odds preflop...

the way that hand played out is just "poker" what can i say.. it would be a bad move after the flop to let them see the turn that cheap.. only other thing would be to push after the flop and dont...

try as hard as you can not to think of it as a $5 tourney.. fold that.. i never will go broke in the first rounds w/anything less then AA.. you will see 70+ more hands before you have to even think...

correct me if im wrong, but on the flop whoever holds the j will most likely put out a small bet (not all cases) in fear of the flush draw out there.. i would almost entirely elim the j. personally...
