Middle of 10$ tournament. Slow play?
Middle levels of 10$ tournament. The blinds are at 250/500
My stack is 5,850 and is little below the average of ~7000
The last one or two orbits we were seeing pushes, walks or min raises that...

Re: Final table hand #1 Stars 100+9
I would either check this flop.
Your bet is just inviting for a shove.
In the given situation I would fold and call myself a chicken.
Then go in a tight mode for an orbit or so.

I would c-bet and fold if raised

Eeeew! This is bad advice. A c-bet is at least 3000, which would leave Hero with less than 4BB. We're 23rd out of 27 (and...

I would c-bet and fold if raised
You raised UTG(?? weak with 77) and bet a paired flop. if you are raised I would give your opponent credit for high pocket pair or some guts.
Checking will...

Re: Stars $22/180: TT UTG+1
Flop - lead 900 and reraise AI.
He is the big stack, we went for CR(or for a free card), he called PFR maybe sth like Ad8d fits perfectly.
I would put him on pokerpair(20%),TP(40%),...

Re: Weird Situation
I'd push.
The initial raiser might even fold a QQ or JJ, but if he does not, yo are still a huge favorite both for the side pot and for the mainn pot with a lot of value from this hand.

Stars MTT: Was not allowed to reraise?
In a NL Hold'em MTT yesterday at Stars
(I don't have the hand history now, sorry)
Blinds are 200/400
I get an AA in MP
After an EP limper(same stack as me), I raise to 1200 and a short stack...

Re: Any Two?
Generally, I would push any two.
However I would ask a few questions:
How were the other player's stacks, especially the BB's?
How agressive were the other players? Table overall...

Re: Deep in the FTP $150 - Hand #1 of #2
Given that you are in EP, I would expect him to give you a credit for the raise. Thus I would be willing to give him credit for a top 10% hand.
I would stop and go on a safe flop and stop and let...

Aggressiveness just before the FT?
I have a general MTT strategy question.
Assuming as a MTT structure the 180s. Suppose you are at the last two tables (ITM) with middle stack (say M of 8 and Q of 0.8 and overall stack ranking 9th...

Re: $10 2 Table SnG Bubble hand
For this hand I would say It depends mainly on the reads you have on the Button.
You have top pair with second best kicker, but if the Button was tight then his raise will really mean value. If...

Re: Playing JJ after an All-in and caller?
After thinking about it I decided to run a PokerStove evaluation for this situation:
I assume the ranges are:
Raiser: 88+,ATs+,AJo+
Caller: TT+,AJs+,AQo+
Hero: JJ
For the side pot the...

The tournament is online with buy-in of 10$.
I was moved to the table one orbit ago and the chip leader already had his chips. I have no particular read neither on him nor on UTG+1.
For UTG+1 this...
