Re: 10NL - AA gets min-raised and it\'s AI on 3 flush flop

OK, thanks for comments. I have found it difficult for me to muck pocket aces, because there's so many hands I can beat with them. I put him on FD or overpair and was overprotecting my aces.

He...

Re: 10NL - AA gets min-raised and it\'s AI on 3 flush flop

Are you still 3-betting with this or just calling and re-evaluating on the turn?

Re: QQ in a 3bet situation

Hard spot, obv. he has an overpair TT-AA.
2 hands which beats you and 2 hands which not.
Pot odds 2:1 and changes are 50:50 so I would have called.

Re: NL5 99 in tough spot!

The opponent fears you check behind. He has a better hand than yours, so you did the right thing by folding.

Re: $25NL - Flopped a set, Best way to get paid?

Build the pot up more by raising more on the flop. You commit the caller(s) better on the pot.

Re: flopped trips OOP vs river shove

Must fold, ~1:1 odds. Your trips are not ahead over 50% of a time, especially against an opponent that passive.

Re: 10NL - folding trips a flop shove

I thought about an overpair at the moment, but then I thought also, would he just limped in CO w/ 77+? I wouldn't.

Re: Villan donk bets turn

I think he has a weak K or a FD and he's trying to give proper odds to himself to chase it. Since you don't know which one he has, I think I just call the flop. And I also would call a decent turn...

Re: Flopped Flush from BB, Turn pairs the board

I can't see him betting 2x pot with a set or a flush on the flop. You are very likely to be ahead on the turn - push while you are a favorite.
