Okay so we call $45 to get our $30 when we should split, but I think this is clearly outweighted by the times we get valuebet:
If we assume he'll bet flop with QQ+/AK and won't bet AK on turn or...

It's not my hand, but he checked the turn because he thought a large part of villains range was a float, which would all bet turn, so he got some value from air and go from there.

Depends on your goal.
If you would love to get in a game with Phil Ivey or so, and it would cost you $10 while you are getting to play a $5 tournament, I think the rake in itself is waaaaay to much...

The only problem is that it is hard to know if a player is stealing or just raising a legitimate hand the first time he raises. You get a better feel for his range as you see him play more...
