Re: ICM question

I'm by no means an expert on this, but it's my understanding that usually most +EV pushes under +.5 are typically not valuable enough to make. It's probably best to wait for a spot that is.

Re: What\'s your biggest comeback?

Got down in heads up to t100 at Stars, and then won 8 straight all-ins on consecutive hands to win.

Re: How many tables are you getting away with at Party?

[ QUOTE ]
OK, is "buttons" meant literally like your buttons simply disappear and you can't click on anything or is there a figurative meaning that I am missing here? Again, I'm still trying to...

Re: Typical problem I have with A-small

I might throw out a really small bet (no bigger than 50% of pot) on that flop to figure out if I'm the only one with an ace. I think betting 3/4 on the turn was way too big.

That guy was probably...

Re: 22$ Speeds PT stats (screenshot) - losing a lot of money at 200/40

Weird, looks like my problem is at 100/200 I guess (didn't even know about the PT blind problem).

Re: 22$ Speeds PT stats (screenshot) - losing a lot of money at 200/40

I'd actually like to see some the stats of some good winning players too, for both Stars and Party. At Stars, I'm getting destroyed at 50/100, 75/150, and 100/200 despite the endless hours of SNGPT...

Re: $22 party regular, AQ in bb 2nd level

Other than the flop check, looks good to me.

Re: LC: Most consecutive pushes to win a SNG?

The other day I won 8 straight HU all-ins in consecutive hands to beat another 2p2'er.

Re: young sngers

I thought I was one of the youngest here. Then I found out 21 puts me in the upper half.

I get the feeling that the OP is still in high school.

Re: 5+.5 turned straight, river scare card comes

At least 95% of the time, you have the winning hand here. Bet it for value.

Re: OT: STARS $215 Good Luck all but espec. Indy!

If you win, you have to pay my way to the next Sunday Mil. Deal?

Either way, GL.

Re: ($60t) AQ 2-pair facing river bet

I MIGHT push the turn because this screams flush draw to me and I wouldn't mind taking down 630 chips right here, but once that queen hit you weren't getting out of this hand.

I don't see...

Re: 6.50: AA on the bubble Line Check

Looks completely standard up until the turn, which I probably instashove.

Re: AQs in the BB

Hmm... if you were a little shorter, I would love an overpush. Regardless, calling isn't an option and I think this is just too good to fold with a raise coming from someone in stealing position.

Re: ($11s) bleck

This is something I have trouble with too. I usually think of the cutoff being between 88 and 99 for playing this hand. I would probably open for 250 and hopefully take the blinds or hope for a...

Re: $5.50 - I fold AK ITM w/<3 BBs!

I don't think I can fold here regardless of reads. The fold almost guarantees that you'll get 2nd at best, but it's still unlikely. A call could triple you up and suddenly put you in decent position...

Re: ($11) AQ flops TPTK and two persons call

I think you're getting called here unless your PF raise is ridiculously large. If you had good position, a raise would have made more sense. Thus, I would just complete. As played, I bet less on the...

Re: 150 sit n go\'s 110 4th\'s 10 1st 5 2nd 6 3rd the rest 5 - 10

I call BS on this. You can't get 110 4ths out of 150 games even if you tried to.

Re: ($16) JJ on bubble

Surely you have the best hand here, and you're not the short stack. I like a push.

Re: $16-Fold this trash or \"don\'t be a sissy\"

I usually get a little tighter about limping pocket pairs at this level, but 77 is probably OK. You have to call the PF raise.

I would fold to the bet. You're playing to flop a set here, and you...

Re: (22) Bubble Jacks with shorty.

It might be wrong, but I would usually push here preflop with these stacks to avoid having to play JJ postflop.

As played, I would rather bet now to figure out if he has a queen.

Re: $22r - AKs please critique all actions

The PF call is fine. You don't want the pot to get so big that getting away from this hand gets any harder.

Like Jay said, bet more on the flop. I would have instacalled if CO didn't call.
