You have position and a bigger stack. Perfect spot to flat call and see a flop. He will probably go allin on the flop but then you can take your decision knowing 3 of the 5 cards of the board.

I like your fold.
I think has Ace small of club or 22. Or he can have 77 and this is a beautiful play from him. Either way, i don't think you can really call here.
