Keep in mind this is over a large sample size. You can run very hot or cold over the short term, and yes even 10% can be very HIGH...

I think 2 outs is a small underestimate.
Your backdoor flush draw is normally worth 2 outs but you have it J high (possibly the K/Q out there but probably not) plus the board is paired...
