KK OOP on an A high flop - fire second barrel?
From tonight's FTP 30R (not literally a HSMTT but villian is sporting a FTOPS jersey and Rizen is behind him so the thought quality should be there).
Been at the table for about 20 hands, this...

Re: FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?
No horrible fate - simply a raise to like 800 which he would do w/ ATC which leaves me folding 300 chips poorer than C/F or playing an even more bloated pot OOP w/ a marginal hand and no real plan.

Re: FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?
What evidence do you require before you move away from the PT Barnum assumption - does it need to be a player you know from here, w/ considerable personal playing history, or as little as a seemingly...

Re: FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?
Timex - so your default for a random tourney player is: "he's not 2 barreling here, he thinks he's got me beat and in this case he certainly does". Leading the turn would seem to force him to the...

Re: FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?
What part of his range value bets the turn? Don't margina1 1 pair hands check behind in a WAWB pot control situation? Don't monsters check behind on a dry board to get an extra bet from my likely 1...

Re: Stars 6X TPMK situation
I check turn - ur WAWB and will pick up whatever value is left when ahead on the river.
As played, I curse and fold - likely looking at a spiked set of 7s, A7, or Ax w/ x weighted towards 8-Q - no...

FTOPS #1 - When do I become a believer?
From lasts nights FTOPS. Table has been pretty tight passive including Hero (completely card dead to this point) and SB. Villian has been one of the few aggro players but not a maniac or lagtard.

Do you shove sets and straights there as well? If not he's correct to call. If so does that get us the most value across the entire range of hands we might reasonably hold here?
What line...

The ever popular 3 Barrel Weak Lead
Tonight's 30R on UB. Villian is 38/0 (yes, zero) over 70 hands including the rebuy period. I've been TAG.
My apologies for the raw history (how do I convert a UB hand??).
This action generally...

Re: Stars million $1050 hand vs bodogar/random
As long as you haven't seen Ari already repopped I think the reraise here is fine - stack sizes and positions line up well for it.
I don't care what I hold here - we're unlikely to see a flop and...
