We all understand that there are some delays to be expected in the new environment. However, there's little excuse for taking 3 days to reply to an e-mail and not even answer the questions asked....

They're cash outs are ridiculously inconsistent in every method that i've tried. At the moment, its been 10 days since I paid $30 for the quick FedEx option on a withdrawal cheque which is promised...
