Re: HU SNG Win Rate\'s
honestly, i agree with some of what's been said above. you're probably playing a very solid game. keep doing that and don't worry about your winrate. play solid and make good moves, and the...

Re: pair + draw vs spewtard
[ QUOTE ]
What was your plan if you didn't flop huge?
[/ QUOTE ]
i think this is potentially a more interesting question. it's not a set, but it's a flop that puts your 6's in the lead.

Re: pair + draw vs spewtard
reality check. pokerstove says you're looking at about 54% to win it (not knowing what suits your 6's are) if you have his range at JJ+,AKs,AKo.
even if you add the slightly more unlikely 33 -...

Re: $11sng TP facing alot of action
this could easily be a 3-bet c-bet flop from villain. ask yourself on that flop, are you're willing to call another bet on the turn, if you call this one? Doesn't sound like you really have sense...

Re: TT, lets doge a bullet. sng
yeah, i think i agree that the 3-bet size kinda screams you have a mid pair you don't want to play a flop with. sounds like an agressive villain who's going to bet it pretty hard if you check, and...

Re: 11 NLTRN - First two hands, fairly simple.
i agree with one of the early responders about the first hand. there's no reason to bet that hard. chances are he whiffed the flop in a big way with some random two cards, or hit a weak...

Re: 99 OOP 50 nl
well, if you're gonna bet it, you're taking it to the felt. betting half the new pot leaves you with 12 bucks, and are you laying down 12 to a reraise?
after looking through some potential...

Re: 99 OOP 50 nl
you've got second pair on the board and an open ended draw. flop call could very well have been a spade draw or whiffed overs. overpair or a ten, but i like to hope to see someone playing back at...

Re: $100nl: TPTK 200BB deep in a 3way pot
c/r then another check on the turn makes me very unsure of his range on this one. any history on what he'd three-bet with preflop?
i like to think we would have seen a three bet with QQ, JJ, or...

Re: Top Two on Monotone flop (200NL 6 max
i think at best here you're up against a flush or open ended str draw, and more often than not you're facing either a set or a made low'ish flush. i fold here and wait for a better spot.
that...
