These tournaments are extremely frustrating for me. Because so many people see flops with such low M's, steals are near impossible... I'll often enter the final table...

I just finished the Ankeny book (Poker Strategy, Winning with Game Theory), but it isn't worth doing a full review. While it is very well-written, the focus on draw poker has just dated the text too...
