Re: NL50 Facing standard miniraise w/ QQ
I'd bang it up to $35 on the flop and call a shove to be honest, calling is wrong, there are too many cards that will easily throw you, any heart 5,6,7 as said by "Upgrade U". But also an A if he has...

Re: $10NL KJo TPGK against surprise river check raise
Also if you bet that small on the river when ur decent then you will not be maximising your profit, if you bet 2/3 of pot everytime u think your ahead then your going to be getting alot more value...

Re: $10NL KJo TPGK against surprise river check raise
This is not a strategy. Unless you put them on a missed flush draw you shouldnt be betting so small. It actually looks very strong. You were just lucky that the villian was stupid enough to go all in.

Well this has sparked some madness. IMO i think this is one handd i'd like to have been sitting at the table watching this player. I think his previous moves come into play alot more on this board....

Bet the flop, villains will call with all kinds of hands. Actually I like the call on the turn. I donīt think villain is drawing. It is either air, AK-AQ, worse trips or the nuts. The...

Re: NL 10 , 2 pair , hard decision on river.
Call, he is going to bet turn with any king to protect from the draw. Your bet on the river looks like a bluff becuase you missed your flush. I think the way you played it im stacking off here.

Re: AA gets checkraised by Tight villain
What card do we want to see on the turn, except the one ace we want to hit, that will make us feel safe? I think a K or a Q only. If a J comes and he has AJs he has picked up another 2 outs and ok...

Re: AA gets checkraised by Tight villain
Villain has a pocket pair IMO, With his stats i can't see him calling OOP with AXs. I mean his 3 bet was a little bigger than i would expect so it doesnt seem to me like he has a draw. So with that i...

NL50 JJ turn brings A

Re: NL50 JJ turn brings A
The check on the turn is to induce a bluff on the river either from a missed flush draw or him recognising that the A was a scare card and him trying to bluff with his 1010 etc.

I think i would check the turn and then just call almost any bet on the river unless a spade hits and then i think your in a tricky situation and id hope he bets small..
