If you are going to Atlantic City, be advised that the worst run poker room I have ever been in is at Harrah's at the Marina. Nice dealers who were friendly, competent and keep the game moving. Good...

You have a problem if you report the amount you give your back as a loss. Lossess are claimed as miscellanous deductions and are subject to the dreaded alternative tax.

So losses are not deducted...

Yea, I had the same problem today. I am a novice and was playing in a SST. A dealer from a different poker room was in the game. He twice berated me for not checking the pot down when someone else...
