just got back from Vegas 2 weeks ago an spent 4/5 nights at Casino Royale. It really is a great place because it is cheaper than all surrounding casino hotels and is in the PERFECT spot on the strip....

Eating a small meal right before bed is pretty common among fitness minded people. Like thremp said a SMALL meal. I actually concentrate on slow digesting protein. A cup of cottage cheese works great...
